Link deal supported the transfer of BAFU

Link deal completes sale of BAFU to Etienne BRINTET

BAFU, a private engineering firm based in Dijon and founded in 1985 by Pascale Kerger, works in all areas of territorial analysis and forecasting, urban design, production of development projects (Urban Landholding Associations, planning permission, ZACs), territorial management, co-ownership, topography and VRD engineering. BAFU employs 8 people.

Etienne Brintet, from Burgundy, graduated from the Ecole de Guerre in geopolitics and from the École de Saint Cyr in public administration and management, and also attended the ESSEC Business School. He spent the first part of his career in the army, notably in operations, then as project director at the General Staff, where he was heavily involved in public/private partnerships.

He then worked for major groups such as Axa and Covéa, and more recently for Indigo (parking and urban mobility solutions), where he was Director of Key Accounts Operations for France, with particular responsibility for relations with local authorities.

Etienne Brintet takes over as Chairman. Pascale Kerger becomes Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He is supported in this takeover by Alain Fourrier and Emmanuel Bouchet, BAFU partners since 2003 and 2014 respectively.
