Emmanuel manages Link deal since January 2020. He brings more than 20 years of experience as industry CEO in FMCG , Health and Pharmacy business. He dealt with many mergers and acquisitions. He now works closely with funds and companies of various size for M&A and fund raising. He graduated from BSB and HEC Paris.

Laure joined Link deal as of April 2021. She has a strong knowledge of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem and of the equity transactions processes. She holds a Master’s degree in business law. She started her career in an accounting firm where she managed the Law department and coordinated numerous equity transactions. She then developed a Business Angels network for 10 years. She also leads a club of business leaders “APM in Dijon”.

Charlotte joined the team as of April 2021. Graduated of Neoma Business School, she has held various positions in strategic and financial development, project management and cost and business environment audits. She has also been teaching for 6 years at BSB (Burgundy School of Business) for the English section of the Master’s Degree in organizational mangement and HR management.

As a lawyer, Jérôme is specialized in Asset Deal and Share Deal operations. He is also heavily involved in the transmission and structuring of the personal and family assets of business owners. Jérome operates in multiple sectors such as automobile distribution, hotels and restaurants, food distribution or timber construction.

A former company manager who also gained solid experience at BPI France, Jérôme has been a lawyer for several years. He is a specialist in fund-raising operations, disposals and transfers. He is fully aware of the expectations of investment funds, with whom he works on a daily basis. He has accompanied several transactions in the industrial, hotel and high-end senior residence sectors.

Member of the bar association of New York and Dijon, Jaron frequently handles cross-border transactions and maintains frequent contacts with businesses and investors in the United States. He has completed several international M&A deals as well as investments in the car dealership, broadcast technology, restaurant and industrial sectors.
