Link deal sacted as exclusive M&A advisor to COPADEX on its sale to the BOHNENKAMP Group
Link Deal advised the shareholders of SAS COPADEX, a leading French distributor of tires and wheels for agricultural and industrial machinery, on its acquisition by the German group Bohnenkamp SE, a European leader in the sector.
Founded in 1980 and based in Châlette-sur-Loing, France, COPADEX is well established in the French market, with a team of around 80 employees and a 30,000 m² logistics platform. The transaction enables Bohnenkamp to strengthen its presence in Europe and enter Europe’s leading agricultural market.
This transaction is part of a long-term development and continuity strategy, with Bruno Clairay remaining involved in the company’s governance to support its integration within the Bohnenkamp Group.
Link Deal acted as advisor to the selling shareholders throughout the transaction.
