Our firm
Founded in 2018 by former business leaders, Link Deal is an independent advisory firm specializing in M&A transactions and fundraising for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Based in the heart of Burgundy–Franche-Comté with an active presence in Greater Paris, our firm partners work closely with executives during the pivotal stages of their corporate development.
Selling a company or bringing in new equity investors is rarely just a financial transaction. It is a strategic, complex, and often deeply personal milestone.

Emmanuel Bertin
Emmanuel Bertin took over as Chairman of Link deal in early 2020. He brings over 20 years of executive experience in the healthcare, food, and consumer goods sectors, having completed numerous acquisitions and divestitures across these industries. Today, he advises funds and companies of all sizes on sale transactions and capital raising initiatives. He is a graduate of ESC Dijon (BSB) and HEC Paris.
Laure Taiclet
Laure has extensive knowledge of the regional entrepreneurial landscape and corporate finance transactions. Holding a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law, she has consistently worked alongside business owners, whether in accounting firms, within private investor networks, or at the APM.
At Link Deal, Laure guides exiting business owners throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, from crafting marketing materials to final closing, with a sharp focus on legal aspects. She also lectures in the Master’s in Finance program at IAE Bourgogne Europe, sharing her expertise with the next generation of finance professionals.
Charlotte du Reau
Charlotte du Reau, a graduate of NEOMA Business School, brings over 15 years of experience in project management and corporate cost and environmental audits. Having worked across a variety of organizations, she has developed strong expertise in operational coordination.
Today, as Project Director at Link Deal, Charlotte advises business owners on their company sale projects, overseeing every phase of the deal lifecycle and driving stakeholder alignment.
Yves Merolle
A specialist in the chemical industry and its entire ecosystem – life sciences, advanced materials, and related sectors – Yves has spent over twenty years driving growth, transformation, and value creation for B2B companies in France and abroad. A former CEO of SMEs and international industrial groups, he now works with Link-Deal to advise family shareholders and investment funds, both French and international, on development, transmission, and external growth projects. His strategic and operational approach is rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and innovation drivers

Pascal Le Clainche
Pascal Le Clainche holds a degree in Management and Information Technology from Paris-Saclay University. His career spans mid-sized and small enterprises, where he has led teams in information systems, digital marketing, e-commerce, and logistics. He has also managed reorganization projects and mergers & acquisitions across his various roles.
His experience on executive committees has given him firsthand exposure to key strategic decisions within companies. At Link Deal, Pascal primarily supports clients on technology-related aspects of their transactions.

Jean-Marc Bourgon
A graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech with further specialization in Financial Engineering from HEC, Jean-Marc has dedicated more than 25 years to leading and developing companies operating in high value-added industrial sectors, including aerospace, watchmaking, food processing, plastics manufacturing, and Industry 4.0.
Based in the Franche-Comté region, he advises entrepreneurs, investors, and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, succession transactions, and commercial real estate deals.
